1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
We the manufacturer, warrants that our products will be free from manufacturer defects or faulty workmanship for a period of 1 Year from the date of purchase. This is a limited warranty. The manufacturer reserves the right to discern if the product has been misused or damaged from improper installation/use. Moisture damage is not covered under this warranty, since our product is intended to be installed inside the passenger compartment. We recommend installation by qualified personnel.
IN NO EVENT WILL RAPTOR PERFORMANCE OR ANY OF IT’S AFFILIATES BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT. NO OTHER CLAIMS ARE MADE ABOUT THIS PRODUCT, EXPLICIT OR IMPLIED.FOR OFF ROAD USE ONLY.
All returned items are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee and no returns can be processed after 30 days of purchase.
Returns within 30 days of purchase require an RGA number and returns without an RGA number will not be accepted. Freight costs incurred are non refundable.
Parts or items that have been modified in anyway, are non returnable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
